These days being busy working...and watching dramas which i've bought in Taiwan. Oh, i din not blog anything abt tw....well, nothing much to say since it's pretty some time ago....like a month ago? haha...

iljimae drama is damn damn nice to watch!! Lee Jun Ki is so cute~~ good in carry out this role well. Cried in the first few esp and urged to carry on watching every single disc. While watching the drama (no chinese dubbing) i decided to bought the same drama in sg....the one with Taiwan dub cos i thot my parents would wanna watch but lazy to read the chinese subtitles.
But my parents juz feel so lazy to watch also! In the end, lent the drama to my cols. The original korean sound for this drama is indeed better. Now channel u is showing next week....faster than i thought. maybe can watch second time ba...=)
Another drama finished recently is a jap drama, Absolute Boyfriend....haha, kinda afraid is a slow pace show cos jap drama can be kinda bored sometimes. But, juz as wat my fren's col recomends....this drama is good too! Boyfriend robot..Tenjo....interesting plot and not too slow. Can watch~
Okay, enough of the drama.
Last week got a "spot" award from my RO. According to her during the meeting, the manager had passed two spot award postcards and she is supposed to write something in these 2 postcards and pass to her staff. The 2 staff whom get this would able to claim small gift from HR dept. sound simple...a reward to staff whom deserve a clap lah...
But to my RO, she said that all staff put in effort so even as a parent, if there is food which cant split among her kids, she would have it all to save the trouble. So she dun really like the idea of rewarding 2 of our staff and showed as if others are not working hard enough. So, she asked if the small gift can be split, do we want to collect and split among all of us.
tough Q....since small gift i dun mind to share...
She said she will let all of us have a chance to get the "spot award" card. But since this is new and on-going program, she dunno when is the nxt round so she wan to hear our opinion.
To me, i dun mind sharing, i noe she highlight this as she wanna reduce the noise pollution from the rest of the team but....wat is the purpose of the "spot award" then?
Since a small gift, y juz cant she openly juz pass to someone whom deserve the clap? Okay, not saying i mind or i'm the one who deserve the clap but i think the intention for this award thingy is simple and short and see how you handle it.
Now, i got the card. is a $20 takashimaya vouch....gotta find a time go down buy something to share among the team. This is something that a person whom deserve a clap shld do? doing these extra things? not saying i'm not sharing but i think the sharing part is unnecessary. But anyway, will settle it asap ba. Confused.

ne...can't sleep at 3am. anyway the "spot" award to me seems like the purpose is to reward the extreme outstanding employee for her effort to drive something. as in..this person took the extra effort to participate in something out of her role yet it is beneficiary to e entire team. therefore she deserves a award to recognise this special effort. and ur RO is jus trying to make herself look as if she is a fair person, and it is not her fault tat e others dun receive this award. certainly not a gd mgr to follow...hahaa~
