I got my appraisal today via system...Wah, as wat my RO told me, she put in alot of good words for me...too good to be true. Praise like promoting a product. "xxx is an asset to the team sia" Hehe....yeah i heard tt certain mgr from diff dept will gather and the PA of all the staff w same grade will shown in projector for them to discuss. In the end, only certain batch of staff managed to 'get' it. *as if the salary is gotta' be real good for promotion*

As for the mgr....though i dislike her but din expect she will also say nice things for me as well. Gettin' 2 rating seem beri good. J is complaining tt she is disappointed in her rating as she got a "3". Last yr she grade herself a "2" but they gave her 3 instead as she juz came into the co. Now, she got three again....I guess she will ask me again for my grade. If i say 2 guess she will be mentally unbalance, if i say 3 it's like telling lies. Well, i think i better zip my mouth and smile...

Anyway...dunno how to face my RO. Abit mushy to say thank you to her cos not my style...and these days, i'm being showing some temper over my work. Work & problems arises and increase juz like the fuel & rice prices. My temp staff are leaving by this week also...no young ah boys....work is going to boring w/o young pple ley & more tasks taken back again. Oh man...

And yet, my power & determination is reducing gradually. They expect me to be puntual. These few days i managed to reach latest by 9am but i no longer have the mood to stay beyond 9pm. Hope all the mess can be cleared soon.

Juz hope my salary can be higher. And my bonus!! And friday taking my leave....hope the BBQ chalet is 101% enjoyable!!
