APA

So fast we are in second month of 2010 already. Isn't this fast...

I switched to a simple default layout for this blog for a change. Less is more perhaps?

Saw an internet prediction that this date it's good to deposit cash to your name bank acct - improve ur $$ luck. Well,my cols and i went to amk hub for lunch and have this deposit money event. Got 4 wearing red top pple Q at the cash deposit machine. So funny scene =D

Yest seem a lucky day for me, my 2 cols gave me stuff...one came back from Bangkok and gave me a pouch which is similar to wat she is currently using + cute small bottle of 棉花糖 balls. The other col passed by and offered a small bottle of prune juice for beauty kind. So happi cos all these for me onli in the office~

So sweet~
Today got my APA. Well well...i was instructed to print out 3 sets of my self-appraise forms ready in the morning & i was thinking tt it's wont be my turn so soon. Din go & print cos i saw 3 pple standing @ copier printing stuff.

Mins later, my col tapped me and signal me to go the room. Jialet lor...Go to copier still alot of pple. In the end, i went & re-print to a small printer nxt to my col. This time, my RO and Mgr came out of the room. i believed my mgr (whom is extremely short + hot temper + impatient kind)intended to come out & scold me...

Yeah, y let mgr wait for me rite for few mins where i shld go in immediately. Saw the anxious look from my RO, i knew my mgr already blew her top inside. I quickly went inside the room but now they din come in immediately.

... ....

Ok, my mgr ignored me, looked and using her fone to sms while my RO trying to ask me Qs on any feedback / comments on my work with a nervous tone.
*Silent from me* I juz smiled faintly at my RO cos this kind of standard Q at this moment is really not comfortable. My RO continued asked if there is any to improve our team, i said no. My RO asked her if there is any to comment then she look at me said that tis yr she saw me joining yoga & lesser OT which is good to have a balance in work and life.

Wtf.Anyway, i dun really expecting any promotion anymore cos the opportunity here is slim esp when i already promoted once last yr. Y do we need to go thru face to face APA where rating they set is not gg to have major change? Cos rating 1 is onli for those 1 in the million kind, rating 2 u have to justify and onli given when u r promoted then we shall all rated 3 w/o gg thru all the crap rite...

Nvm...juz rate and give me my bonus.
