Stupid email, stupid pple

Understand myself better. I am quick temper...

My asst team leader seem to ocassionally dropped by my desk & ask me if i had reply the email enquires from sites. Well, i'm trying keep cool n polite...for 1st for twice but...........DUN BOTHER ME OK!!!!! I'm already in volcano condition checking the stupid reports & i had missed one billing cycle so meaning to say i gotta finish it b4 the next batch come again in a week time.

This gal wanted me to look at email, try to answer....i already explained tt Customer Services are helping to follow-up the cases & waiting for admin side to provide more info.

"No, the email is directed to billing team right? i think you better take a look..."

Fuck. Yes....i seldom swear in my blog but this is really pissed me off.
C'mon, i already explained CS is liasing so y bother me?! Can't she see i'm busy??
So, yest i did stepped in & prompt admin to respond.
In the end, the CS gal email me asking me to "stay away" this issue & she'll settle & reply to site.
Slap myself for nothing right! Pple might thot i suddenly juz kepo right....anyway.....

Today my team leader bother me for another email issue again. I told her straight, this site already spoken to CS regarding the adjustment. We promised to reflect the adjustment in this mth....juz tt the site forgotten & send email to complain the same issue again.

"No, u see fr the email they were saying they are confusing....they sound angry oso"

I really gave her a dirty look. Telling straight tt this email is attn to CS & no way shld i step into this issue....esp this case had been settled some time ago.

Then she trying to explain her role...assisting Sharon to read email & how crucial to keep track the case so it will not pile up. Yes, i agreed her point but if she is trying to help....i mean really help, answer the emails then! or else juz let me finish off my projects. Are you going to answer if my project rpt delay for 2 mths? Are you able to answer more queries then??

Since CS is taking initiative to follow-up, y you BOTHER??

Kinda made my blood boiling....
Other than work, she is funny & "siao" kind of person.....and she is in horoscope as mine.
