House warming

Woke up at 1.30pm.
I could have slept longer cos the weather was too good for long sleep....

Came back around 1.4am last nite. Yes, went to watched fireworks with NamiE....Yest we met together in Bishan for gifts before heading to HJ's housewarming.

Seriously, first time going to fren's housewarming. HJ, my sec sch frenz....seldom keep in contact. Okay, we once sat together during class for a year but we din not hang out together....So it was quite shocking tt she actually invited me & NamiE. Now come & think of it, i guess my sis was right....our gifts are not generous enough. We bought a 20 bucks Best Denki vouchers & a over $14 fruity alcoholic bottle for her...tt's ard 40 bucks already & we should juz get a $40 bucks voucher for her. Quite "de" to see a 20 bucks vouchers rite....no one will believe tt drink bottle worth ten over bucks either. Alright alright.....since it's over i rather nt to think abt it =I

Yeah, the hse-warming was crowded wif pple & frankly speaking....the sec frenz she invited were mostly pple we din tok in class. Those hippy lianz whom had kids already....the topics were obviously ask for the purpose of asking only.

"wat line are you in now?" "who you still in contact?" "who & who is doing wat now?"

I dun think they really give a damn who we still in contact now & concern wat we were doing right now....luckily, NamiE was chatting wif the lianz mother yest. She had no idea wat is logistics or the things we doing. When NamiE in turn asking y she come alone & y so early, her reply was early to gamble & waiting for her kidz. Indeed conversation dead from there.......

Well, i wondered should i consider myself lucky tt i'm still much alive in this working society, earning every bits of my money, knowing some skill....or should i envy her for being a hsewife w/o worrying of wat's happening in this island?

HJ worth to envy anyway. A not-bad-looking husband, their own four-room flats near her parent's hse, nice renovated hse wif a playing room for her 3 lovely daughters, a car, a maid to take care of the kids. And she is still young, years down the road her daughters will be shopping wif their mummy already. Geez, these kind of married-frenz gathering will onli highlight y we are still single & not getting married.

Last nite fireworks not realli enjoyable. Standing 45 mins & the fireworks was not as "wow" as 2 yrs ago. I din "wow" wif the crowds.....neither did i capture any picture. Din bring camera is also a gd thing cos u can see the sparks urself in your own eyes. Details of the beautiful sparks are not always captured in the camera.
